We offer individual counselling services tailored to the challenges you are facing at the time, relationships, grief and loss, life changes,parenting, family or workplace challenges that need care and skill to navigate. Bruno and Jo are both available to offer individial counselling.

As family therapists, Bruno and Jo offer the unique service of two therapists in the room. Bruno and Jo work with couples to find the strengths and challenges and can offer one on one sessions within the process to support growth individually and as a unit. Bruno and Jo are passionate about helping couples do well together, this includes relationship breakdown, grief and loss and other major changes that families go through that need support.

Bruno and Jo are committed to supporting every shape of family and helping work through the challenges we all face at times when caring for those we love.

Bruno and Jo offer specialised support to families from a unique perspective with experience both in adoption and the foster care system.

Jo has been a Triple P practitioner for 15 years and has worked in the Early Childhood education field for 18 years. This means a lot of conversations about how to navigate the challenges that come with parenting. Jo works hard to keep up to date with the latest information and strategies that can best support all families. Talk to Jo about the options around parenting support, be it one on one with a family or in a group setting or seminar style.

Bruno and Jo are available to work together or individually with a strong focus on strengths based, emotionally focused relationship building.

Efoti Counselling Services can support families in our community through The Positive Parenting Program ( Triple P ), Jo can deliver the Triple P program in several formats, from the Sessions (3 × 2 hour sessions) for up to fifty people to Group programs and Triple P Teen for groups of ten over 8 nights.

Bruno has trained in the Caring Dads program and has designed a fathering course called “Intentional Fathering”

Jo also offers mentoring and support to foster carers through agreements with Out of home care agencies to strengthen foster families. Talk to your case worker to arrange tailored support for your family situation.

Workplace Wellbeing Training

Jo has trained specifically in Leadership and Management and has comprehensive knowledge of workplace psychosocial hazards and workplace wellbeing. Bruno and Jo spend a large part of each year supporting workplaces across New South Wales training and educating employers and employees in Mental and Health and Wellbeing with a tailor made course written by Tradies In Sight Inc.
